Meet Debra

After 25 years in the IT industry Debra Keegan established Heartrack, a registered business member of Fitness Australia in 2006 to meet the health and fitness needs of clients 50 plus who are uncomfortable within the gym environment, would prefer a more personalised approach or have specific needs and/or require rehabilitation.  

Debra holds the following qualifications and credentials:

♥       Qualified Master Trainer with Certificate III in Fitness (Fitness Instructor)  

♥       Qualified Master Trainer with Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer)  

♥       Qualified trainer in Steady Steps - Fall Prevention Program for Over 65s  

♥       Qualified Rehabilitation Trainer

♥       Qualified Advanced Instructor in Boxing for Fitness  

♥       Current First Aid and CPR qualifications  

♥       Registered member of Fitness Australia, The Health and Fitness Industry Association  

♥       Registered holder of Blue Card for Child Related Employment  

♥       Current holder of both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
